We value our employees and therefore we take safety very seriously. Safety begins with each employee regardless of their position in the company. We employ a full-time Safety Officer to monitor our programs and employees. He also oversees our safety committee who meets regularly and sets safety policy and enforces company standards as well as addresses the ever changing situations that arise during the course of a project. All of our employees are certified in the OSHA 10 course and anyone operating lifts or lulls have a license to operate specific equipment.
We have a policy of performing pre-employment and re-employment physicals that include drug and alcohol testing. We're proud to report that our EMR for 2009 is .96.
